The rapper and Bailey, who began dating in 2022 and welcomed their son in December 2023, announced their separation in 2024 and have since been embroiled in multiple legal disputes over parenting rights.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this year, Bailey filed for a restraining order, alleging that DDG\u2019s behavior\u2014such as false accusations and inflammatory livestreams\u2014had led to online harassment. According to TMZ, she claimed his actions posed an \u201cimminent emotional and psychological risk\u201d to their child. A Los Angeles court granted her a 100-day restraining order in May.<\/p>\n<p>In June 2025, DDG filed for his own restraining order, also requesting the court prevent Bailey from taking their son abroad, specifically to Italy. He alleged that her emotional instability could negatively impact Halo. According to Hot New Hip Hop, the court granted a partial protective order to DDG but found insufficient evidence to block Bailey\u2019s travel or custody rights.
