The Corps Commanders’ Conference (CCC) has strongly asserted that decisive and holistic actions at all levels are imperative to combat Indian-backed and sponsored terrorist proxies across the country.<\/p>\n

“It is imperative to take decisive and holistic actions at all levels against the Indian backed and sponsored proxies,” the forum asserted.<\/p>\n

Field Marshal Asim Munir chaired the 271st Corps Commanders’ Conference (CCC) at the General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi on Thursday, wherein key security issues and regional threats were discussed, according to the military\u2019s media wing.<\/p>\n

A statement issued by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the forum stated that, following its manifest defeat in direct aggression against Pakistan, after the Pahalgam incident, India is now doubling down to further its nefarious agenda through its proxies of Fitna Al Khawarij and Fitna Al Hindustan.<\/p>\n

Taking note of the Indian Army’s unfounded accusations, which seem designed to deflect attention from its comprehensive defeat, the COAS stated that citing third parties in what is clearly a bilateral military conflict is a deceitful attempt at bloc politics.<\/p>\n

\u00a0“Invoking third parties in what is unmistakably a bilateral military confrontation reflects a disingenuous attempt at bloc politics aimed at falsely projecting India\u2019s self-assigned role as a net security provider to accrue benefits in a region that is visibly growing disillusioned with Indian hegemonic ambitions and Hindutva-driven extremism,” ISPR quoted Filed Marshal Munir as saying.<\/p>\n

Last week, Indian Deputy Army Chief Lt General Rahul Singh made baseless accusations against Pakistan, claiming that its success was the result of foreign support from China and Turkey.<\/p>\n

However, security experts rejected these allegations, instead reaffirming that Pakistan\u2019s victory was achieved entirely through its own strength.<\/p>\n

Field Marshal Munir also categorically rejected claims of foreign support in Operation Bunyanum Marsoos against India, terming them ‘irresponsible and factually incorrect’.<\/p>\n

During the CCC, Field Marshal Munir also shared details of Pakistan\u2019s successful diplomatic efforts, highlighting recent visits to Iran, T\u00fcrkiye, Azerbaijan, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, where he accompanied Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.<\/p>\n

The forum was also briefed on the COAS\u2019s historic visit to the United States, where he engaged with top-tier leadership to provide Pakistan\u2019s perspective on bilateral, regional, and extra-regional developments.<\/p>\n

Last month, Field Marshal Asim Munir met with US President Donald Trump during a luncheon, where they discussed several key regional issues, including Iran.<\/p>\n

Trump’s lunch with Field Marshal Asim Munir represented a major boost in US-Pakistan ties, which had largely languished under Trump and his predecessor Joe Biden, as both assiduously courted India as part of efforts to push back against China.<\/p>\n

The conference further focused on the security situation, with particular attention given to recent developments in the Middle East and Iran. It noted the increasing use of force as a preferred policy tool in the region, which necessitates the continuous development of self-reliant military capabilities and national unity.<\/p>\n

CCC began with a prayer for the martyrs of recent terrorist attacks by Indian-sponsored proxies. The forum also reviewed Pakistan\u2019s recent successes in combating these proxies.<\/p>\n

\u201cBlood of our Shuhada will not go waste, and the safety and security of the people of Pakistan remain the topmost priority for the Armed Forces of Pakistan,\u201d the forum resolved.<\/p>\n

It also reviewed Pakistani military’s ongoing adaptation to the evolving threat spectrum and the changing character of modern warfare.<\/p>\n
