Alvi, represented by his lawyer Barrister Abid Zuberi, has been instructed to submit a written reply to the court.<\/p>\n<p>During the proceedings, a representative of the Provincial Ombudsman argued that Alvi&#8217;s petition was inadmissible because a jurisdiction issue was already pending before the Supreme Court. Justice Kalhoro questioned how the CEO could be removed from his post before a decision was reached on the appeal.<\/p>\n<p>The court observed, such a severe punishment could only be implemented after a legal decision on the appeal was made.
