In a video shared to Instagram, McCreery captioned the clip with &#8220;Stage: 1, Me: 0,&#8221; showcasing the moment he walked backward, tripped, and fell. Tour crew members also chimed in, with one person mentioning that the fall was \u201ca little enjoyable\u201d once they realized McCreery wasn\u2019t hurt.<\/p>\n<p>The 31-year-old singer gained national fame in 2011 when he won American Idol season 10, defeating runner-up Lauren Alaina.
