The notice also referred to a transfer of Rs1.144 million.<\/p>\n<p>Available information shows that financial fraud inquiry No. 261\/26 was registered with the NCCIA on February 2 this year.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators said a man identified as Ismatullah had transferred Rs1.144 million to Raza through Easypaisa.
