The boy reportedly committed suicide due to distress over academic difficulties at school.<\/p>\n<p>The deceased&#8217;s body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH) for legal formalities. SHO Taimuria, Sub-Inspector (SI) Qaiser Imtiaz, reported that the deceased, a seventh-grade student, used a dupatta (scarf) to hang himself due to academic stress.<\/p>\n<p>The deceased&#8217;s uncle, Arshad, declined to pursue further legal action. Thus, after the completion of necessary formalities, the deceased boy&#8217;s body was handed over to his family.<\/p>\n<p>Man shoots self in alleged suicide<\/p>\n<p>A resident of House No B-401 in the Saima Arabian Villas, within the jurisdiction of Manghopir police station, was found dead with a gunshot wound. The deceased&#8217;s body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH) where he was identified as 50-year-old Iftikhar Ahmed. Initial investigations revealed that the deceased&#8217;s family heard a gunshot from a room, rushed to it, and found Ahmed dead.
