{"id":2454,"date":"2026-10-10T18:03:49","date_gmt":"2026-10-10T13:03:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ipp-news.com\/?p=2454"},"modified":"2026-10-10T18:03:49","modified_gmt":"2026-10-10T13:03:49","slug":"tarar-says-pti-b-team-of-ttp-blames-it-for-bad-governance-in-kp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ipp-news.com\/?p=2454","title":{"rendered":"Tarar says PTI \u2018B team\u2019 of TTP, blames it for \u2018bad governance\u2019 in KP"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><strong>Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar on Saturday criticised the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)\u2019s leadership for bad governance and the deteriorating law and order situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa over the past 13 years.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>He said this while addressing a news conference along with Prime Minister\u2019s Coordinator Ikhtiar Wali Khan and MPA Jalal Khan in Islamabad.<\/p>\n<p>Tarar also alleged that the PTI is Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP)\u2019s \u2018B team\u2019 and they do not condemn terrorists.<\/p>\n<p>The information minister said Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was once a cradle of peace and pride for the nation, but the current provincial government has pushed the region into the Stone Age, depriving citizens of basic facilities and developmental opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>The minister pointed out that Rs700 billion were given to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government for counter-terrorism under NFC Award, but the provincial government failed to strengthen the security institutions such as the Counter-Terrorism Department, police force, and forensic laboratories.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo safe-city cameras have been installed in the erstwhile tribal districts,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking on the occasion, Coordinator to PM Wali said corruption is on the rise across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u201cPublic funds have been used for political and social media campaigns,\u201d he said, adding that over the past 13 years, the provincial government had failed to establish a single university or provide basic civic amenities to the masses.<\/p>\n<p>Wali said the healthcare system in the province is in bad condition, while police personnel are forced to confront terrorists without having modern equipment.<\/p>\n<p>He said the development of erstwhile tribal districts remained severely neglected and provincial government has pushed public toward destruction under the guise of so-called revolution.<\/p>\n<p>Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly MPA Jalal said the PTI\u2019s leadership failed to play a constructive role in countering terrorism in the province.<\/p>\n<p>He said an anarchic group has been ruling Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the past 13 years.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar on Saturday criticised the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)\u2019s leadership for bad governance and the deteriorating law and order situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa over the past 13 years.
