But little progress has been made towards implementing a deal to end the conflict that includes terms \u200bfor Hamas \u200bto \u2060disarm and Israel to withdraw its troops.<\/p>\n<p>Gaza health officials have \u200bsaid at least 1,400 Palestinians \u200bhave \u2060been killed by Israeli fire since last October\u2019s ceasefire.
