I mean whenever they switch off the phones they block all the roads creating a traffic nightmare\u2026.\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRight those dratted followers of the Man Who Must Remain Nameless, Faceless\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDon\u2019t be facetious anyway we must support all traffic decisions particularly road blocks \u2013 there is a new girl in town and\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThree cricket teams were in town, Sri Lanka, England and ours, all male.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYep they are classified as dignitaries and I would suggest that the Most Honourable Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board signs a Memorandum of Understanding with the head of Traffic in Islamabad, a lady, the first time ever in this country\u2019s history\u2026 \u2026.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNot necessary \u2013 as the Minister of Interior he is her boss.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOh that\u2019s right and that was a very sensible decision \u2013 to give him two hats.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI fully agree anyway I need the money I lent you rather urgently\u2026.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cStop right there. We must follow the rules as set by our parliament.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhatever do you mean?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe need to first sign an MoU and\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat difference would that make? An MoU is non-binding.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat will get you in trouble my friend. On a scale of 1 to 200 do you have any idea how many MoUs our government has signed?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cClose to 200 I would imagine but I want my money back!
