Ties between the South Asian neighbours soured after former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina fled to India in 2024, following deadly protests.<\/p>\n<p>India&#8217;s withdrawal move was part of &#8220;internal readjustments&#8221;, the official said, without elaborating.
