Despite initial cooperation and a request for time, the Dumper Association \u2014 led by President Liaquat Mehsud \u2014 failed to deliver, prompting immediate enforcement action.<\/p>\n<p>A targeted crackdown was launched late last night. During the operation, 142 dumpers were fined, 27 vehicles were impounded, and one driver was arrested. Legal proceedings have been initiated under Sections 99 and 113 of the Motor Vehicles Ordinance, 1965.<\/p>\n<p>The traffic police confirmed the operation will continue until the vehicle and the driver from the viral incident are produced. \u201cNo one is above the law.
