{"id":3742,"date":"2026-11-03T16:04:01","date_gmt":"2026-11-03T11:04:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ipp-news.com\/?p=3742"},"modified":"2026-11-03T16:04:01","modified_gmt":"2026-11-03T11:04:01","slug":"ihc-grants-bail-to-tiktoker-mr-patlo-in-stampede-case","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ipp-news.com\/?p=3742","title":{"rendered":"IHC grants bail to TikToker Mr Patlo in stampede case"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><strong>The Islamabad High Court on Tuesday granted protective bail to TikToker Mr Patlo until November 10 in a case registered against him in Sialkot.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to sources, Mr Patlo appeared before the court in a wheelchair alongside his lawyer Qasim Abbasi.<\/p>\n<p>The Islamabad High Court chief justice approved his protective bail after hearing his petition.<\/p>\n<p>The case against Mr Patlo was registered following a stampede at his mehndi ceremony at Faraz Cricket Ground on Daska Road in Sialkot on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>At least two people were killed and 13 others were injured.<\/p>\n<p>According to the FIR registered on the complaint of police, Mr Patlo had invited people through social media, offering prizes including motorcycles and a car.<\/p>\n<p>A large crowd had gathered at the venue for the event.<\/p>\n<p>The FIR stated that Mr Patlo later came on stage and announced that everyone should immediately enter the ground.<\/p>\n<p>As people rushed to get inside, a stampede occurred, resulting in deaths and injuries.<\/p>\n<p>Police registered a case against nine nominated suspects, including Mr Patlo, while 40 to 45 unidentified people were also named in the FIR.<\/p>\n<p>Rescue 1122 and other emergency teams reached the scene shortly after the incident and shifted the injured to hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Videos circulated on social media showed large crowds gathered outside the stadium attempting to enter the ground.<\/p>\n<p>Security guards tried to stop them, with some personnel reportedly using batons and pushing people back.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Islamabad High Court on Tuesday granted protective bail to TikToker Mr Patlo until November 10 in a case registered against him in Sialkot.
