He had also alleged that Beyonc\u00e9 and Jay-Z were present and witnessed him being forced to appear in a penis mask. However, according to TMZ, an updated complaint filed on April 11 removes the music power couple\u2019s names entirely. Sources told the outlet that Jay-Z\u2019s attorney presented proof that neither he nor Beyonc\u00e9 were in Miami at the time of the alleged event.<\/p>\n<p>In the amended complaint, the rest of Manzaro\u2019s allegations remain unchanged. He states he lost consciousness after encountering a greasy substance at his front door and was transported to a separate location where a Combs associate allegedly informed him of the \u201cFreak-Off\u201d party. Manzaro says he was taken to Combs\u2019 Miami residence, where he was forced to parade through multiple rooms and subjected to verbal abuse, sexual assault, and a physical beating.<\/p>\n<p>Combs has denied all allegations. In a statement on April 1, his legal team said the lawsuit \u201cdemonstrates the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This lawsuit is one of several legal battles the music mogul faces. In addition to the civil cases, Combs was indicted in 2024 on federal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and related offenses.
