Punjab police closed the Dera Darya Khan bridge to traffic and launched a search operation in the area.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe road has been blocked since last night, and we have been stuck here since then,\u201d said an oil tanker driver travelling from Dera Ismail Khan to Mahmood Kot in Muzaffargarh.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf the road remains closed, fuel shortages could occur at pumps. Wheat and other supplies from Punjab may also be delayed, affecting markets in Dera Ismail Khan.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Another driver, Umar, transporting vegetables from Multan, reported similar difficulties. \u201cWe have been stranded since last night. Cooperate fully with police and administration, and avoid unnecessary arguments,\u201d the notice said.<\/p>\n<p>The closure has left commuters and transporters stranded, particularly affecting those travelling for work, deliveries, and essential services during Ramazan.
