Rowling.<\/p>\n<p>Rowling recently praised a U.K. Supreme Court ruling that interprets the terms \u201cwoman\u201d and \u201csex\u201d in the Equality Act to mean biological women and sex assigned at birth\u2014legislation widely criticized as anti-trans. Sharing a photo of herself smoking a cigar, Rowling captioned the post, \u201cI love it when a plan comes together,\u201d a quote from The A-Team, with hashtags #SupremeCourt and #WomensRights.<\/p>\n<p>Actor and activist Tariq Ra\u2019ouf called the post \u201csome serious Voldemort villain s\u2013t,\u201d accusing Rowling of fueling hatred and misinformation about the trans community.<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/DIjNBarpEqS\/<\/p>\n<p>Pascal responded directly to Ra\u2019ouf\u2019s Instagram Reel, calling Rowling\u2019s celebration \u201cheinous LOSER behavior\u201d and agreeing with the sentiment that her actions were \u201cawful disgusting s\u2013t.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pascal has long supported LGBTQ+ rights and has spoken publicly about his sister, Lux Pascal, who came out as a transgender woman in 2021.
