We deeply appreciate your understanding.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The tour, which began on April 23 in Richmond, was originally scheduled to run through September 13, with performances planned at major music festivals including Utah\u2019s Kilby Block Party, Oregon\u2019s Pickathon, the Newport Folk Festival, Outside Lands in San Francisco, Milwaukee\u2019s Summerfest, and Louisville\u2019s Bourbon and Beyond Festival.<\/p>\n<p>Baker and Torres most recently performed a sold-out show at Tipitina\u2019s in New Orleans on May 1. The next scheduled stop was San Antonio, where the artists were expected to perform on May 4 before the tour was officially called off.<\/p>\n<p>While Baker did not publicly share specific details about the circumstances prompting the decision, her earlier Instagram post just days before the announcement had expressed enthusiasm for the tour, saying, \u201cGetting to play these songs for y\u2019all has been unbelievably fun\u2026 Keep an eye out for more tour news soon.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Fans who purchased tickets are advised that refunds and additional ticketing information will be issued by the original point of purchase.
