{"id":7095,"date":"2025-05-12T21:05:24","date_gmt":"2025-05-12T21:05:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ipp-news.com\/?p=7095"},"modified":"2025-05-12T21:05:24","modified_gmt":"2025-05-12T21:05:24","slug":"india-will-not-tolerate-future-terrorism-or-nuclear-threats-modi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ipp-news.com\/?p=7095","title":{"rendered":"India will not tolerate future terrorism or nuclear threats: Modi"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that he would respond strongly to any future \u201cterrorist attack,\u201d\u00a0stating that New Delhi would not tolerate \u201cnuclear blackmail\u201d in the event of further conflict with Pakistan.<\/p>\n<p>Pakistan has rejected recent Indian media reports claiming that Pakistani drones violated the Line of Control (LoC), calling the allegations \u201cfabricated and baseless,\u201d according to security sources.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIndian media is once again airing false and concocted stories about Pakistani drone activity near the LoC,\u201d the sources said, adding that no Pakistani drone had crossed the border or violated Indian airspace.<\/p>\n<p>Security officials described the Indian claims as a \u201cbundle of lies,\u201d consistent with what they characterised as India\u2019s long-standing pattern of misinformation.<\/p>\n<p>Asserting that the real violations were being committed by India, the sources noted that \u201cPakistan has been fully adhering to the ceasefire agreement.\u201d \u201cIn reality, it is Indian drones that have been breaching the ceasefire along the Line of Control and Working Boundary,\u201d they added.<\/p>\n<p>Read More: India violating ceasefire along LoC, say security sources<\/p>\n<p>US President Donald Trump said that US intervention had prevented a \u201cbad nuclear war\u201d. \u201cWe stopped a nuclear conflict\u2026 millions of people could have been killed. So I\u2019m very proud of that,\u201d he told reporters at the White House.<\/p>\n<p>Modi, in a televised address to the nation \u2013 his first since launching an attack on Pakistan \u2013 claimed Pakistan has chosen to attack rather than help it fight \u201cterrorism\u201d. \u201cIf another terrorist attack against India is carried out, a strong response will be given,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf Pakistan wants to survive, it will have to destroy its terror infrastructure,\u201d he said, adding \u201cIndia will strike with precision and decisiveness against the terrorist groups thriving under the cover of nuclear blackmail. India\u2019s stand is very clear. Terror and talks cannot go together\u2026 Terror and trade cannot go together\u2026 Water and blood cannot flow together.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The conflict followed an April 22 attack on tourists in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) which killed 26 civilians.
