The song opens the episode, capturing the intensity of June\u2019s escape and the coordinated rebellion, with a darker, refined vocal take and updated production elements inspired by the original Jack Antonoff mix.<\/p>\n<p>Elisabeth Moss, who also serves as executive producer, told Billboard it was an intentional and long-awaited choice. \u201cI\u2019ve been wanting to use a Taylor song for many years on the show and we finally found the perfect spot,\u201d said Moss.<\/p>\n<p>Editor Wendy Hallam Martin echoed the sentiment, saying the song was \u201cmeant to be.\u201d She credited Moss and the team for seeking a strong female voice and confirmed the track landed \u201cperfectly thematically, rhythmically and magically.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This episode marks the first full-length appearance of a Reputation (Taylor\u2019s Version) track, including the first two verses and choruses.
