The van was heading to Tando Adam. Dumper driver fled the scene. Gadap Town police seized the dumper and launched a search for its driver.<\/p>\n<p>The deceased and injured were rushed to Civil Hospital where the deceased were identified as 3-year-old Angeli daughter of Fatu Khan and 60-year-old Farooq Abdul Sattar.
