He raised pointed questions, but according to participants, the CEO&#8217;s responses were vague and failed to offer any meaningful solutions.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;How can an institution tasked with managing an essential public utility be exempted from accountability during a crisis of this magnitude?&#8221; Khurshidi asked during the proceedings.
