Today, H.E. Harerimana Fatou, Rwanda’s High Commissioner, paid a courtesy call on Hon. Muhammad Kamran Khan Tessori, Governor of Sindh. The meeting was an opportunity to extend heartfelt appreciation for his participation in the Kwibohora 31 celebrations and to reaffirm the deepening friendship and cooperation between Rwanda and the Sindh Province.
