TikTok holds its first Creator Day for content creators in Pakistan

TikTok hosted its first Creator Day event in Pakistan, bringing together content creators from across the country for a programme focused on creator education, platform tools, and online safety.

The event focused on several of TikTok’s key content categories in Pakistan, including entertainment, sports, food, and learning. Sessions were structured around workshops, panel discussions, and one-on-one meetings with members of TikTok’s team, offering creators practical guidance on improving content quality, increasing engagement, and navigating platform features.

A significant portion of the programme addressed responsible content creation, TikTok’s safety features, and best practices aimed at supporting sustainable content careers. Knowledge-sharing sessions also explored how creators can use TikTok’s creative tools more effectively and align their content with audience preferences and evolving platform trends.

Umais Naveed, Content Operations Lead, South Asia at TikTok, said, “Creator Day reflects our ongoing commitment to investing in the growth of Pakistan’s creator community. By providing practical learning opportunities and direct access to our team, we aim to equip creators with the tools, insights, and confidence they need to produce meaningful, responsible, and high-quality content. It was also an opportunity to celebrate, acknowledge their impact, and hear directly from our creator community as we continue building a platform shaped by their voices and creativity.”

Among the attending creators, Dr. Daniyal said, “Attending TikTok’s Creator Day event was an energizing experience. Connecting with so many talented creators gave me fresh perspective, and the sessions introduced new techniques that will help me elevate the quality and impact of my content. It was a privilege to learn, share, and grow alongside such a vibrant creative community.”

Sports content creator Saria Khan said, “TikTok Creator Day reaffirmed how vital digital platforms are in advancing women’s presence in sports. Sharing space with creators reminded me that storytelling isn’t just content—it’s representation, visibility, and power. I left inspired to keep using my voice and athletic journey to open more doors for women in sport.”
