The second day of the festival featured vibrant sporting activities and strong public participation. A fun run marathon and a four-kilometre cycling race proved to be the highlights, drawing large numbers of enthusiastic participants from all walks of life.
Both events were keenly enjoyed, with cash prizes of Rs10,000 awarded to the winners, promoting healthy lifestyles and community engagement through sport.
Throughout the day, visitors were treated to a wide array of attractions, including tourism stalls, live cooking demonstrations, family and children’s activities, food stalls, cultural exhibitions, provincial tourism pavilions and live cultural performances.
Other major draws included a painting competition, an army band display, wall rock climbing, an adventure base camp, street curling, paragliding, hot air ballooning and a vintage car show, all of which attracted sizeable crowds.
In the evening, audiences enjoyed lively cultural and musical performances representing various regions of Pakistan. The festival culminated in a grand musical concert, followed by a spectacular fireworks display that illuminated the sky and brought the event to a memorable close. A large audience gathered to witness the finale, reflecting the festival’s broad public appeal.
