Balochistan announces head money for nine female militants

The Balochistan government on Thursday announced head money for nine highly wanted female militants affiliated with the Fitna Al Hindustan terror group.

According to Babar Yousafzai, adviser to the Balochistan interior minister on media affairs, rewards ranging from Rs1 million to Rs1.5 million will be offered for credible information leading to the arrest of nine highly wanted female terrorists.

He said the identities of people providing information or helping authorities identify the suspects would be kept strictly confidential.

Yousafzai said the wanted women were from Gwadar, Jiwani and Turbat and had been declared highly wanted by the provincial government.

He urged citizens to provide information about the suspects through the designated contact numbers issued by the Balochistan government.

The wanted women were identified as Hanifan Bibi, Ayesha, Iqra, Ruqayya, Hafsa, Zahra, Amina Bani, Zarmin and Azizaan, according to the provincial government.

Rewards of Rs1 million each have been announced for eight of the wanted women, while a reward of Rs1.5 million has been set for Azizaan.

The government alleged that the women were involved in activities aimed at disrupting peace in Balochistan and were used to influence other women and promote unrest.
