The Undergraduate Studies Admission Test (USAT), the Higher Education Aptitude Test (HAT) for both MS/MPhil and PhD programs, and the AML/CFT Recruitment Test, originally scheduled for October 11-12, 2025, have all been moved and will now take place on Saturday, November 1, 2025, and Sunday, November 2, 2025.
Furthermore, the Law Admission Test (LAT) is also being rescheduled from its original date of November 2, 2025. This examination will now be conducted on November 9, 2025.

“The decision to postpone the tests was taken in view of the current law and order situation in several cities across the country,” the statement said, adding that a revised schedule will be communicated to all registered candidates soon.
The Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP), a religiopolitical party, had staged an anti-Israel demonstration outside the US Embassy in Islamabad, with Article 144 being imposed in Pindi.
With the protest call gaining traction, Islamabad and Rawalpindi went into lockdown on Friday — roads were sealed, communication lines disrupted, public movement came to a standstill, and all entry points were closed.
Containers were placed at Faizabad Interchange to block entry into Islamabad from Rawalpindi. At least 37 points across the city were sealed off with containers, trailers, and barriers to prevent further mobilisation of TLP supporters. Internet services were also temporarily suspended in the twin cities.
