The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has directed the chairman of the National Highway Authority to immediately send the restructuring plan to the Cabinet Division in a case regarding deputation officers and the restructuring plan in the NHA.
Chief Justice Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar issued a two-page written order directing that a responsible officer of the NHA appear before the court at the next hearing.
The court also instructed the NHA to submit complete details of officers and staff working on deputation at the next hearing.
