Police arrested a man in Toba Tek Singh after his wife reported a case of domestic violence, prompting swift action by authorities on Saturday.

A spokesperson for Safe City said the complaint was received through the Virtual Women Police Station, where the victim sought immediate assistance.

The woman stated that her husband had been subjecting her to abuse for a long time and was also attempting to portray her as mentally ill. During initial investigation, the suspect denied the allegations.

However, video evidence provided by the victim confirmed the abuse.
