The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has granted Serene Air permission to operate temporary flights. According to an official notification, Serene Air will bring back Pakistani passengers stranded in Saudi Arabia.
Passengers who had purchased Serene Air tickets have been stuck in Saudi Arabia for several days. The airline has been given two weeks to complete the repatriation process. The CAA had suspended Serene Air’s flight operations a few days earlier.
The CAA on Friday suspended the commercial flight operations of carrier Serene Air over failure to maintain a fleet of serviceable aircraft.
