Speaking on the occasion, Sindh Minister for Home and Law, Zia-ul-Hassan Lanjar, said that the land of Sindh was enriched with the teachings of Sufi saints, where love, brotherhood, and harmony had always been given priority.
He noted that Sufism fosters tolerance, unity, and humanity in society, and these values form the foundation of sustainable peace.

He further stated that the “Wall of Peace and Sufism” was not merely a symbolic initiative but a practical effort to spread a message of positivity and harmony in society. The minister added that this initiative marked the beginning of a meaningful and inspiring tradition within the Sindh Bar Council, which would serve as a source of guidance for future generations.
The ceremony was attended by legal leaders, including Qurban Malano, Ayaz Tanio, Vice Chairman of the Sindh Bar Council Ishtiaq Memon, Asif Soomro, and other members of the legal fraternity, who appreciated the initiative.
