The government has reduced petrol and high-speed diesel (HSD) prices for the second straight day, cutting petrol by Rs1.49 per litre and diesel by Rs2.73. Three Pakistani sailors were among five crew members killed during an operation by Somali security forces against pirates aboard the hijacked oil tanker Honour 25 off Somalia, according to surviving crew members.
