Hamza Shahbaz condoles death of former MNA Mahmood Bashir Virk

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz Vice President and former Punjab chief minister Hamza Shahbaz Sharif on Wednesday visited the residence of the late Member of the National Assembly Mahmood Bashir Virk to express condolences to his family.

Hamza Shahbaz met the deceased’s son, Rashid Bashir Virk, and other family members and conveyed his heartfelt sympathy over their bereavement.

He also offered Fateha for the departed soul and prayed for the elevation of the deceased’s spiritual ranks and for the bereaved family to be granted patience and strength to endure the loss.

Speaking on the occasion, Hamza Shahbaz said he was deeply saddened by the death of Mahmood Bashir Virk, adding that his political and public services would always be remembered.

He said Virk had made valuable contributions to public life and would be remembered for his services and association with politics.

The former Punjab chief minister also prayed for eternal peace for the deceased and expressed solidarity with the bereaved family during their time of grief.
