According to Kate, she and her mother were staying at the hotel when they spotted Lively, who was in town after attending SXSW in Austin. Kate recorded a brief video of Lively entering the building, an action she now believes Lively’s team took issue with after seeing it on security cameras.
The following morning, Kate claims that Lively personally followed her and her mother outside, filmed their vehicle, and took down their license plate number. Soon after, Kate noticed unusual activity on her social media, including views from accounts linked to Lively’s lawyer, social media manager, and a nanny. This detail raised concerns since Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, have previously denied using nannies.

Kate also alleges that anonymous accounts began harassing her, with one calling her “fat” through a throwaway Instagram account. She documented multiple suspicious profiles that viewed her stories and immediately blocked her, some using references to her own content.
These allegations surface amid Lively’s ongoing legal tensions with her It Ends With Us co-star, Justin Baldoni, fueling speculation of wider social media disputes within celebrity circles.
As of now, Lively has not responded to the claims.
